Venison is great in any lamb recipes which means most Greek recipes. Great on flat bread with tzkiki sauce. Also good on nacho supreme, meatloaf, shepherds pie.

yes--venison makes a good swap for lamb, but it's so much leaner that you may need additional oil/fat to get an equivalent texture.
