Erlich is great, but Jared is killing it this season:
“What you did took incredible guts. The fact that it probably won’t make a difference makes it all the more meaningful. I saw this nature documentary where a bison fought a lion to protect the rest of the herd. And it was so moving. It didn’t work: The lion tore into the bison and laid waste to the herd. But what courage!”
The main cast just work so well with each other. I do wish they would stop with all the lame forced setbacks and just let the interaction of the 5 guys shine.

I think we can all agree that Mike Judge is a comedic genius and the casting for this show was top notch. The team that he has assembled for SV is incredible. Look at the directors: Mike Judge (no bio needed), Alec Berg (Seinfeld writer, directed a lot of Curb episodes), Tricia Brock (30 Rock, Mr. Robot, Walking Dead, Breaking Bad), Eric Appel (writer for Human Giant, Crank Yankers; directed episodes of The Office, Workaholics).

I like him a lot in the show along with Erlich. Awesome show.
