Justified or not, I would have taken a different approach. One, I wouldn't have shot with someone directly behind her. Two, I wouldn't have acted that fast. Three, one shot should have been enough to stop her enough to evade contact. But, thankfully I'm not a cop and I don't agree with either of their decisions.

Tasers are to subdue unarmed thugs who resist. The minute the thug becomes armed the taser should be replaced with a firearm.
