Call a lawyer that handles maritime cases right now. They arent hard to find.
At a minimum you will get comp for your injury, if you were improperly terminated you will be reinstated and get back pay and damages, if there was 3rd party negligence that led to your injury thats a Jones Act Seamen claim (cha ching)
They can also help you with further medical treatment if needed.
