Earlier posts are correct. In the event a new member nation is accepted, both UEFA and FIFA will allow otherwise tied players to declare for the new association. The decision to play for Kosovo would be irreversible and permanent.

Are there any prior cases where that's happened? Particularly with guys of the quality listed. The Swiss would be pissed
