Austin Home Brew has the best deal on kegs I found. New 5-gallon kegs are $75/each. I’ve got six of them and they are good quality. Shipping was free when I bought them. Sometimes they run deals for free shipping.
About to brew a NEIPA this weekend. Help me on water chemistry. I’m using distilled water. How much gypsum vs Calcium should I use?
