yeller you are a haus on here for sure.
I'm going to restart where I am. I post in here like a few times then stop for months
182/182/175
When I moved to Washington DC September of 2015 I was around 206, so 24 pounds is great without giving up every aspect of my life. The last few months I got a dog which has been taking a good portion of my free time up with walks, which while they are cardio, aren't intervals or anything like that.
Trying to get back into lifting just a bit, maybe 2 triset days a week, where I can do 18 sets in 40 minutes or so.
I just don't put anything bad in my house anymore. If I want to cheat, I have to leave my house and really think about it, or be willing to pay an exorbitant amount to have delivery. It works sometimes and you fail sometimes, that's life
2 steps forward 1 step back is the way you have to do things like this IMO

yep it is definitely a lifestyle change. Sounds like you are doing great.. But the good part is if one can maintain the willpower once they grind through and reach their goal they can have a cheat meal on weekends. One meal wont ruin what you have accomplished. You can still enjoy a saturday night pizza, or some ice cream after dinner on the weekend. Just remember the next day pick right back up with your routine. In all honesty it does your body good. It will confuse the hell out of your body and make metabolism kick in gear. Plus it gives you something to look forward to all week and keeps your sanity! It makes it easier saying "all i got to do is hit these last few workouts and meals and saturday i can eat some pizza"
