Did y'all have nice weekends? Gainz or gains?
I did better than I thought I would this week with staying in check on the fly, but now I want to work on refining my fat sources and cutting some saturated fats for healthier fats, so that's the goal this week.
I did have 2oz of cheesecake Friday, saved all my carbs/sugars for the day so that it still fit my macros, even if it was a "cheat" it tasted good in the moment, but gave me a huge headache after, so I don't really have any desire to try that again.
I'm down 5.7lbs in 2 weeks, and most of that came this week, so yay for progress.

I went for my cheat meal and it made feel disgusting I had a breakfast burrito smothered in country gravy. Only ate half brought rest home. I'll end up throwing it away.
Next week for my cheat I'm going for steak
I kept under 1500 calories even with the cheat though today.
