I don't post when I'm ashamed of myself

I had about 4 days of carbs and I've been drinking beer recently which is completely out of the norm for me. Saturday night I went out and probably had 8-10 beers etc. Scale on Monday was ~213 and today it was ~214 but I've been back to no carbs all week. I also started exercising again this week so now my body is all sore and when that happens the weight goes up before coming back down.

At this point, I'm probably just going to stick to my eating plan (hopefully) and continue with the p90x3 program and weigh in once a week or so.

I've got a difficult weekend to navigate diet-wise.

Going to Ruffino's tomorrow night, that's been a planned cheat for months (thinking we'll move this and be good Friday). Then a crawfish boil Saturday, and a relative is in town so undoubtedly people will want to go eat out Sunday.
