Not unless the makeup of the LA House and Senate changes significantly. Some of the arguments presented yesterday against SB271 were reefer madness fueled silliness, and these are the folks voting on it. Legislators like Dan Claitor, Daniel Martiny, and Francis Thompson must be voted out.
