the linked video. As I mentioned in my post, I think it's clear enough to determine a couple of things.

I'm just amazed that all the people that were all about no speculation a week ago have changed their tunes.

That's fine, but don't tell me there is anything clear in that video to bring you to that conclusion.
...says the guy who adamantly and continuously declared that the Hayes vehicle had no reason to stop when it did before it was rear ended. You said that video was conclusive. You were wrong...very wrong...embarrassingly wrong.

I think your confusion is that you don't understand how to interpret these videos. You've been wrong consistently. This is just another example of that. And, because of your embarrassment, you think no information can be gathered. That's just ridiculous.
A rational person (you are not one) can watch that video and have an opinion on the accident. I'm not saying that it answers every question. But, before seeing the video, I had no idea how hard the vehicles hit. I had no idea if Hayes was just chasing Smith and then Smith slammed on the brakes forcing the accident. I had no idea of Hayes had hit Smith extremely hard with the intent to injure.
Now I know.

Yea, no. Just because I don't share your speculation doesn't mean I'm wrong and you're right.

That's just not true, but since you and LE and the Keebler elf keep repeating it, I'm sure you actually believe it. I was wrong about one thing, which I admitted after he other angle was posted.

Again, not sharing your opinion doesn't make me irrational. But congrats on the flexibility to blow yourself. I hear that takes a lot of work to achieve.
