Lester this is based on the assumption that all stats are collected the same way-everybody is playing the same way.Their ROLES within the team are very different-something that is, and at this point I don't even mean to offend you, inherently lost on you.

maybe you can answer, what does Conley do so much better than Thomas?

shoot? no
pass? no
handle? no
draw contact? no
defense? probably

like i said, they are at best equals

Im sorry, but you cant compare 2 players, head to head on different teams, and use his team's success and system to aid your argument. Remove all that stuff, then compare then as players.

It's pretty clear that they are similar players and it could go either way depending on the day.

I dont hate him but he isnt a winning player at this point. Once he can harness his god given talents in an more efficient manner, you're talking about a guy who can pretty much any team in the playoff conversation.
