Yes stones in your kidney can cause bleeding.

Probably not the cyst.

Persistent bleeding you need cystoscopy.

If negative you need a CT IVP

Had this last time. IV contrast CT. Is it a different protocol than just a IV contrast CT Abd/Pelvis? Timing of the injection to images? I can't recall what I had as my idiot mind had already raced to bladder cancer.
