It looks pretty good all things considered. The braided PVC has no logical explanation so who knows what that's all about. Looks like the AC dryer has been replaced as well as the radiator.
TJ's are one of those things that will dime you to death on upkeep if it's not something you're interested in as a hobby. Not sure what you are trying to do with it but I recommend a two door JK if it's something you're trying to drive. Just about any TJ is going to be a project car, especially an 18 year old TJ. So unless you got the garage space, tools, and ability, a TJ might not be for you.
