It wasn't rebuilt but my parents signed over a vehicle to me. Something was messed up with the signatures. They were simply giving it to me but I had to technically have a bill of sale. So they typed up a bill of sale. On the title she signed it over to Rob and on the bill of sale it said Robert. I had to have this form notarized for her signature and mine stating she meant Robert when she signed to Rob. And somehow the notary messed that part up. I finally just made new documents, got a girl at work to sign my mothers name, had it all notarized by our secretary who was a notary, and took that in. On like my 4th trip to the DMV. It was as fake as it could be but it checked all the boxes they were looking for.
