Tried Freddie's Saturday night. Long line, but moved fairly well and did not wait long for food. Ordered a concrete and my son got a sundae. They timed it well in that the burgers were served about 10 minutes before the desserts.
Burgers were damned good. Better than Steak and Shake, but definitely more expensive. Fries were similar in size to Durkee potato sticks, but actually tasted like fries.
Frozen desserts were great. That custard is smooth as hell and very tasty. Also, very filling.
Counter service was very friendly and competent. Kept on top of tables (seating is at a premium).
Will absolutely go back...often.
