Will Smith (NFL) shot dead in NOLA

Sad but Nola and Chicago gotta be two of the worst cities for shootings.

You're right about Chicago. But actually per capita Miami, St.Louis, Memphis, L.A., Camden, are just as bad if not worse.
99% of the murders in NOLA are in areas where tourists do not go.
But when there is an occasional isolated murder in other parts of town, it gets sensationalized and doesn't mesh with the murder rate, which is half of what it was in the mid 90s...

NO other city could put on Mardi Gras, Jazz
Fest, French Quarter Fest, etc with very few incidents like NO does.

e,g, In February 2010, 800,000 people descended on NOLA for the Saints Super Bowl parade. 800,000.
Zero shootings or murders.

I don't know about the cities other than the 2 I bolded but I can assure you there are more murders per capita in N.O. than Chicago and probably AT LEAST 20 times more per capita in New Orleans than all of L.A. County. I would
