I agree. However, upon discussing it with my best friend and wife (same person), I have deemed it a ploy. Lawyers tie up money in defense and prosecution, knowing it'll get smacked down in the process... this is just good ole southern reparation bullshite politics in order to line the pockets of the few by the working man.

This country needs a revolution. Perhaps that's why the jihadis hate us. We are supposed to be a beacon of freedom, and we are sorely missing our aim.
