Im not a fatty by any stretch. 6'2 245. Looking to get back down to 225 or less by the end of the year.
I know how to lift to get stronger and bigger, its maintaining strength while dropping weight that I feel like I need a personal trainer for. Plus I'm not disciplined enough to stick to a serious cardio routine I fricking hate cardio!
