Bring lots of small bills 1-5-10s for tips and some cash for shopping. I'd say $50 a day in tips plus some money if you plan to shop.

I don't understand most of the advice in this thread. If you're staying at a good all inclusive, gratuity is included and you really don't need any cash for tips.
