Radiology has been hit hard by reimbursement, but they still do really well. Medicine simply cannot function without imaging and its utilization is constantly growing. Surgeons won't operate without it, cancer cannot be monitored without, etc.

You probably mostly know physicians in Louisiana where they tend to make more than those in big coastal cities.
