They are showing it for the first time this evening on tesla.com at 1030 central. It won't be available until early 2018 at the earliest.
I don't think the bolt will be a bad car, I just think teslas quality will be worth the wait. That and the supercharger network tesla has already and plans to expand make me think it will be the electric car to beat

This may not apply to the Model 3 but I just don't see where the quality is coming from. I like a lot of what Tesla is doing but reliability is a real issue.
