You take into account the $ per games played? That'll tell you the better story. If the women are playing 4 or so more games in a year and the numbers end up similar, then it seems like the total cumulative they make that year should be around the same. That doesn't mean you have to pay the women more per match.

I'm copying from AGM pdfs, which don't have the number of games available. If someone wants to track that down for me I'll do the math, or I'll look it up tomorrow.
When you go back to FY12 it's obvious the men have brought in far more revenue.
By my tally, $97.2 million (men) to $69.7 million (women) since then.
But if you just look at FY16 and FY17 expected, it's $44 million women, $30 million men.
And the women have increased revenues by staggering amounts from FY12. 9 times over (from $3 million to $26.7 million)
So if they want a pay raise, now is the time, and they have a point. They're 9 times more valuable than they were just a few years ago.
And again, I don't argue for equal pay. But fair pay. They're making more money for US Soccer. They deserve more money in their pockets.
This is also their fault, partly. They agreed to this CBA. Need a better one next time around. Surely this lawsuit is partly to create leverage in that process.
