Four Point/Dulac

Need some advice. Looking at buying a camp on Four Point Rd. in Dulac. Have looked at Cocodrie, Theriot (Dularge) and Montegut. Four Point seems like the perfect spot if you want to be someone near all of the above locations. If anyone has any positive/negative comments about Four Point, I'd love to hear them. I see the reasons to buy there, trying to find the reasons to not buy there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
