That looks like dallisgrass, or possibly Vasey grass, to me. Would need to see a seed head to be sure.

Yeah I'm friends with Brandon, but he doesn't do residential anymore. He told me what to do to get it right, but I'm thinking it may just be easier to hire a professional.
