=> Les is going back home to Michigan (unless: see below)...

=> Saban has expressed interest in the LSU job, he is working LSU circles... Shaw group and some big boosters are pushing him...

=> Tubberville is sitting back w/ a new contract from Auburn that he has yet to sign...

=> Del Rio has also expressed interest and has Louisiana ties, daughter at LSU, wife from New Orleans...

=> It appears Spurrier is not showing much interest eventhough LSU Pres and some big boosters like him...

=> Various LSU factions are working their angles and agendas... who wins out?

Perhaps nothing is a done deal (including Miles) until we know our chance at playing for the National Championship is over. It's been a wild season, who's to say Missouri and WV each lose and we win and find ourselves once again in the Dome on Jan 7th. Then all this coaching talk is irrelevant and the job for UM continues.

If you believe the rant.

Miles is going to Michigan and staying at LSU. Saban will come back to LSU, but will stay at Bama.
Spurrier will and will not be the next head coach at LSU
Tubberville will either be the coach at ArKansas or LSU but he's not leaving Auburn.
Rodriguez will win a NC at WV then come to LSU.
Kelly, Peterson, DelRio are all candidates who have been approached but will not be considered for the HC job at LSU.

And I think there's a game tommorrow or something.

I HATE SEXTON.

I'll say that WV will not lose to Pitt. They will beat them by at least 40. Bet the doublewide on it?

you live in a doublewide? I will take pitt and the points if I were to bet the game. But I am not touching it.

No, but Britney Spears does. And, very good move on your part not betting on Pitt. b/c they are the pit of NCAA football.

ZEE, you had all this credibility built up and then you say take Pitt and the points.

Hey but you're still right on the SOS and Miles thing.

I agree, WV losing is extremely far-fetched... BUT, didn't Illinois win at Ohio State and didn't Stanford beat the Almighty Trojans at the Colisuem? Didn't WV already lose at home to South Florida, didn't we lose last week at home to unranked Arkansas?

Anything can happen... I would rather have a chance than no chance at all. We need to win and have two teams lose and we're in, period. I heard even if WV wins and we destroy Tennessee and VT beats the crap out of Boston College we may still pass Ohio State.

28 points is alot of points when your team is 1 win away from a NC game.

I picked that early in the season. I actually did not see that as an upstate. Several media types picked it.

It was obvious all season that Illinois' speed would be tough for OSU.

Near the end of the game, Illini picked up a first down on 3rd and 9 by running up the middle.

That was not an upset by anyone who truly pays attention to college football.
