Do I need to rent a facility? Which workouts do you find best to start clients out with? Which ones are proven to get lasting results? Do you just sit them down and go over what they're desiring to achieve and the steps they have to take to physically and mentally accomplish them? Completely New to PT.
I wouldn't suggest that. Find a gym in an upscale area that lets u rent space or pay as little as possible. Sometimes nice neighborhoods have their own gym that they let clients bring their own trainers in. If the neighborhood is big enough, you can make a living just working there. Problem with this is you have no experience & no training knowledge. Without that, you better look like Mario Lopez & be able to sell I've to an Eskimo.
There's no such thing as "workouts". Everything is designed based on what I find in a movement eval before we start. But to kinda answer the question, for those who are ready to get rocked, it's a type of HIIT. But it changes. Everything revolves around a 12 week cycle
