The nicest neighborhoods in Mandeville are like the normal subdivisions in North Dallas (McKinney, Frisco, etc.). There's so much money there it's unreal. If it were "keeping up with the Jones'", Mandeville would have all their credit cards maxed out and ready to file for bankruptcy.
