I remember seeing this at the boat show, it did have that little step up. the smaller boats livewell in the rear that's kind of oval and comes close to the leaning post. it makes it harder to walk around in the back and takes up unnecessary room.

the 2250 has deeper sides, but we never had problem in open water in the 220.

Was this in reasonable weather? How did it handle rough conditions? I really like the 220 better from a layout perspective.

I actually wanted the sx240 at first, but it was 78k at the boat show which is a bit out of my price range. The smaller boats were in the price range.
