I have this "Dohm" white noise machine I got on Amazon for $40 that helps a lot and I listen to a low energy, non-argumentative sports podcast as I fall asleep.
I also have narcolepsy with hypersomnia which sucks
My sister has this thing called a sleep hat that's $150 but she swears by it
