If you have sudden-onset "truck just hit me" symptoms (body ache, fever, runny nose, heavy cough), you have 48-72 hours to start Tamiflu for it to do you any good.
A buddy working ER up in NW LA last week told me he had 20+ flu B positives, and had not yet finished his shift. I also know of a 1yo w/ Flu B in Tangi this weekend. BTW, Tamiflu works on both A and B.
