There was a 99.00 installation fee last month and that covers installing the new dish, 4K genie mini and wiring the mini to the DVR; can't say whether or not that fee is still in place and I believe the access fee won't come into play until there are actual 4k channels to watch. 4K viewing does require you have the Ultimate Package for now; I was told that may change when they have an actual 4k package to add to your programming.
