Biggest Loss for LSU

What we are truly missing here in whoever we decide to hire this time is Mark Emmert.
IMO, when we lost that guy, we lost as much or more than when we lost Saban, by far. I would be in favor of taking some of that money we would pay for a coach to lure that guy back here, but I am pretty sure he is very happy at Washington.

I can assure you, Lombardi is feared more on the LSU campus right now than Emmert ever was. Nothing will get done without his stamp of approval. Now if was just O'Keefe in charge of this hire then I would be extremely worried!
Lombardi will only be at LSU for five years until he retires but he will not mince words on his agenda - he has no repercussion for making the tough decisions because this is his last job!
