I've said this before. We will look back at Johnny's tenure the same way we look at Dinardo's. Pulled the program from the bottom and got it as far up as he could. He built the momentum up for the next guy to come in and bring them to the next level.

Well, you don't want to wait forever for the next guy to come in. It is always possible for coaches to have stayed too long in a program.
