While this can be a good quality to have, it is not the point of the drill. The point is more to work on being strong in your stance and being quick off the ball. Did you see him bring someone back and he pulled him off the line before the snap? That guy was too far forward on his front leg and not balanced enough. It may seem trivial, but WR's need a good stance and start. These are the fundamentals that get taught in Spring practice.
