Here is a cop who at the bare minimum needs a lecture and additional training.
If I were the chief of police I would highly question his metal to be an officer.

There are just some stupid cops in America. They are insecure douches that abuse their power. One in Tuscaloosa is being charged with rape. Idiot was going around harassing women in the malls and other stores, intimidating them to go out with him. He raped his gf and another chick and his abused and ex-wife. They had so much dirt on the guy that they didn't even try to cover it up.

He definitely needs a refresher course in not committing assault or perjury. Or, as far as law enforcement is concerned, at least not getting caught.
