I was told the federal gubment is paying for most of it so it will definitely happen.

That will be so awesome for students and for downtown. Great idea. That whole stretch is already starting to improve and this would increase that exponentially.

My dad lives downtown and he said the businesses down there are lobbying HARD for it and there isn't a very good counter argument against it.
