I disagree. I think the one-year prescriptive period is far worse to the Louisiana judicial system.

Whitehardt makes up these ads - or at least used to. Some kind of lawsuit ensued. (See below)

They switch 4-5 attorneys out on a truck and then shoot the same commercial. Whitehardt

I think (I am no lawyer so maybe somebody could 'splain it) that Gordon then trademarked the lawyer standing up on a truck. (Is that a thing?) And tried to get them to stop??? Not sure.
