Dylan and Springsteen are rated where they need to be IMO. If for nothing else than songwriting. I just found out the other day that Dylan wrote the damned Hope Floats song that Garth Brooks did. That is a damned iconic pop culture song written a full 30 years after the wrote Watchtower, Rolling Stone etc.

Yeah, both their voices suck, but they can write.
