Chez Francois sells them but I've been burned by them selling me sacks and half of them are empty
I don't know of any other place
I usually just eat em at restaurants or if I need a lot I'll drive to Houma
Shucks in Abbeville will sell them by the sack if they have extra

I took this photo the other day when we went on a drive. How long you think it takes for these fishermen to catch this many oysters. That's a damn boat full.
