You can send a bug report to ESPN. They've admitted to having various bugs in the app and fixed them in the past

I have the same issue, and I've done everything possible. I called Xbox support and restarted my internet, logged off and back into the ESPN app, and called cox. Nothing worked and the first game I see available on the sec+ is in March.
