i remember my sister and b-i-l law having a vcr with a wired remote. frickin thing had like a 6ft wire but the couch was 15 feet away.

Hell I remember having one of these....



WE had 4 channels, ABC, NBC, CBS, & PBS. To pick up ABC & NBC we'd have to turn the antenna one way. To pick up CBS & PBS we'd have to turn it another way. And we watched them on all on a TV like this....

I remember having to go rent a cable box from the movie rental joint in order to buy the Tyson fights.
