When I went to college, there was no TOPS. You had a few choices. Earn a scholarship, join the military, get a loan, or pay for it your damn self.

And back then, nobody was whining about having your loan forgiven.

Oh, and getting a 17 on your ACT pretty much eliminated that scholarship idea right off. Don't you pretty much get a 17 for spelling your name correctly and filling in the right dots?

A 17 out of a possible 36? That's less than half....Even with a 17 you should be able to figure that out.

Score 50% on any test or for a class and see what grade you get.
