Numero 28 is my favorite pizza place in NYC and not touristy at all. Would try getting a reservation at the West Village location if you can.
Upstate in the east village is the best oyster restaurant I've been to. Go for happy hour between 5 and 7(have to be there before 5 to get a seat).
Check out McSorley's, its the oldest bar in NYC. Abe Lincoln drank there.
