People trying to pretend like they know how to handle the situation is kind of funny. Mental health problems are so easy for parents to navigate.
I'm sure here taking the lock of his door would have stopped everything. I'd blame the cops more than the parents dude they received like 20 warning about those kids and pretty much just ignored it.
