I have more then once been treated much worse than that at a stop as a white guy. I've had flashlights in my eyes and had to step out and put my license on the hood, then step back as if I would attack the officer if I got too close. All for going 10 mph over. I'm a preppy looking white guy 99% of the time.

Only thing that seemed unnecessary was the report of her being cuffed to a table, but that may be common procedure. Don't know, never been arrested or in cuffs. Her whining on Facebook about not getting to make a call before being taken in is a joke though. I've never heard of anyone being able to say "could you hold on one second while I call so-and-so. Just after that I'll let you cuff me and take me in, promise".
