Of course it is. Isn't it the best man for the job regardless of race? It's nobody's business why they didn't hire him, obviously it was due to his math test, but people will see color regardless. The bar is set, if you can't meet it, then you don't get the job. Period. Reminds me of the military and wanting the inclusion of women in the Navy Seals and watering down the test so they could pass. That's all this society is doing is watering down the bar to let the less qualified get a free pass in the name of "political correctness".
