It would put a huge dent. And it would be a huge market. There'd be folks coming in droves from Texas and the southeast. Even more tourism to Nola.

LA would take in a lot if they could be the first and only place in the south with legal weed for a few years.
Most likely it will be one of the last states to legalize and we'll miss out on that first mover advantage.
