You can say that all you want but I am still waiting for your rebuttal. The truth is you don't have one even though my argument made perfect sense and should be easy to refute if you had any facts that could prove it wrong.

You're worried that taking a product OFF the black market would increase crime. Prohibition of pot CAUSES crime, just like it did with alcohol. Would pot dealers start committing armed robberies and carjacking just Bc they can't sell pot? Well, if you really think that's true then outlaw more things so criminals will have more options. What would pot dealers do? Maybe they'd sell other drugs. Maybe they'd get a job. Who the hell knows. But I don't know why they'd automatically turn to violent crime. And it's not only gangs, cartels, and thugs selling pot. It's a lot of otherwise law abiding people. A lot of students, a lot of people who do work.
