Actually she should be fired now. There is no reason to keep her around unless it is something in her contract that would prevent some sort of buyout. This is such a disaster that she has to know this is her last year. Injuries or no injuries.

And it's not like we have a top 10 class coming in either. I'd cut bait and find an up and comer.
